WTB Blue & Black Swirl Ebonite

Post by mredmond »

A friend has commissioned a pipe and he wants the stem made of blue and black swirled ebonite. From what I understand SEM sells it in meter lengths, which is a lot more than I want to purchase, as it's not a color combo that I think I would use often. I was hoping that one of you esteemed gentlemen might have 8 - 12 inches you wouldn't mind selling.

Thanks,

Micah

Thanks Bruce. I checked his website and only saw blue and white, so I figured he didn't have blue and black. I'll give him a call.

Just an update for any that were wondering. Mark at AAP doesn't have blue/black swirled ebonite. He does have blue, blue/white, and blue/white/red. I had an enjoyable conversation with Mark and it looks like they will have a lot more products available in the near future, including cumberland and a variety of new colors of celluloid. After talking with Mark and reading Bruce and Todd's endorsements I'm excited to work with the AAP materials.

Good to hear they're going to be doing Cumberland soon! I bought some black on Bruce Weaver's recommendation a few months ago and have been very happy with it.
