I got a couple of Irish Seconds pipes recently and they both seem to have stem trouble. One is very loose and the other has been broken and glued back together. I tried swapping them, but that didn't work. Is there some standard on stummels sizes?
Is there a fairly cheap way to replace them? I got them at a pretty low price, so I don't want to spend a bundle fixing them up. If I had a lot of money to blow on pipes I would have gotten a real Peterson's!
Where can I find replacement stems?

Of course that's just my opinion... I could be wrong.
