neat idea, thought I'd share it

Post by Nick »

I was just sketching away, while I was on a quick break, and came up with a neat idea. I was working with a "tear drop" shape and then it occured to me how it kind of looked like a yin/yang thing. Well, then I thought of making a set of two pipes forming a yin and yang out of the same piece of briar. Kind of a matched set. One in a dark brown or even black if the grain wasn't anything special and the other natual. They'd probably be smaller, unless one could use a big hunk o' briar.

Just some musings from Ohio.

What do you all think?

Ohh, half the reason I was sharing the idea was that if anyone really thought this a stellar idea, please feel free to run with it. I'll probably take a swing at it, but I have no problem with another making going with it too.

No worries either way.

One of them rusticated and one smooth.... one deticated to latakia and one virginias........you could take that idea a number of different directions.
