whoa!
yeah maybe, this is a mix of ideas, it was blasted wheen there were deep
craggy saw marks still on the shank and bacck of the bowl, then it was
sanded and stained.i personally think there are few "catches" in the pipe,
but it may also be only horrible :D
well ive always liked horrible stuff...

i would be interested to have more comments or opinions,
though it may be hard for many folks to find anything good
from this one.

I actually find it rather visually interesting from an artistic standpoint. I can't say that I would purchase or smoke a pipe like this but that's more because of my utilitarian tendencies. I find it quite unique and original. I'm left wondering what these pipes would look like with a more polished/refined finish that shows off the briar grain. As they are, the finish seems amateurish rather than intentionally rustic. I do think you are on to something though and look forward to seeing more.
