A very nice effort, Fred!

The shank is almost twice as long as it needs to be for a classic prince, and the back side of the bowl where it joins the shank on top needs to be brought in just a bit more, so that the back of the bowl and the top of the shank meet at almost 90 degrees. It also needs better definition around the bowl shank join on the sides.

Otherwise, nice pipe!

Also, taper the stem all the way to the shank. Your taper starts about 1/2" into the shank and breaks the bottom line. It should flow along both bottom and top lines in an reasoned manner. A shortened shank is a good idea as would be a thinning of the shank--it's a bit too chunky to be elegant as this shape is supposed to be.

but, for the most part this is indeed a nice pipe. Well done.
