Hello My name is Jonathan and I'm new :) I am a woodturner who has decided to try his had at pipe making. I made a pipe from a kit last week that I thought was not too bad for a first try. It will be a great smoker in my rotation. I'm really looking forward to learning how to turn a pipe on a lathe as turning is really where my passions are. I turn on a vicmarc VL300 so I will not have any shake issues with items being out of round.

I am a cigar smoker as well as pipes. If I'm smoking a pipe it will more then likely be loaded with burley of some sort.

I live in Ontario Canada with my wife and our three foster children, two dogs (border collie and a great dane) as well as a cat.

Now that you know most of my life be prepared for a few questions I've got a lot to learn.

Thanks for having me.
