I think the seller doesn't know that swing means diameter, not radius. That's a very big lathe, looks very neglected. If it could be moved and made to run, the top speed would probably be 700 or 800 rpm. Keep 'em coming, I hope this doesn't seem critical, I think this is another delusional seller.
