Here's the mini image:
and here is the link to the great big gigantic close-ups:

This is the second pipe in my career that I've stamped a grade 5, and one of the most perfect blocks of briar I've ever had the good fortune to work on. Keep in mind that those close-up shots are 2 to 3 times the actual size of the pipes, and it STILL looks flawless! I kept sanding, and expecting spots to appear SOMEWHERE, and it just kept being perfect. Weird, but cool. I left the whole thing unstained. Five minutes after I posted it to the site, I got a phone call from a guy saying, "I want it and the other new one, bill my CC, here it is". That's the sort of customer you want!!

You are correct, Nick.Elrond is an elvish name isn't it? I know I've heard it in some fantasy book I've read. Lord of the Rings, isn't it?
And L. Ron Hubbard was a science fiction writer that founded a "religion" called Scientology. It's a very popular religion with some Big Hollywood Movie Stars like Tom Cruise and Kirstie Alley.

Ahh, yes, I'm slow. Be nice to me or intergalactic Lord Xenu will get you! They just had a fascinating exposé on Scientology on the BBC last week. Very strange people...
