My First Pipes

These are two pipes I gave to my brother and Dad for Christmas. They are my first attempts and was I wondering what everyone thought. Any input would be great, feel free to be "honest." The free hand is a harley-type gas tank of sorts and my dad wanted a Gandalf like pipe, so I figured a church-warden would be great. They've been smoked already in the pics and my brother burned the bowl a bit with his lighter despite my cries of horror, so that explains the discoloration a bit.
