How you got into pipe making: I have been a hobbyist woodworker for about 20 years or so. But after I started smoking a pipe I got to looking at them and decided it wouldn't be to hard to make one myself. Little did I know...... I have been making pipes now for almost a year, almost solely on the weekends when I have free time.
Other interesting facts: I am a researcher and lab geek by profession. Other hobbies include birding, guitar, and general woodworking.
