Briar Ring...

We all make stuff other than pipes, so here's a place where "anything goes" as far as showing off some of your projects and other hobbies.

Briar Ring...

Got bored while I was waiting for some epoxy to dry. Made a ring.

I think your subconscience is in LOTR mode. First you make a volcano, now you make a ring to throw into it! (I'm secretly jealous that you thought of it first) :)

I just realized that your post for that tamper you made was labeled "One tamper to rule them all..."!

Shee-it

I got bored waiting for the lightbulb in my desk lamp to get bright after I switched it on. Made this ring.

On a lathe.

Come on George, everyone here knows you don't own a lathe. You're just too humble a guy to tell the rest of the story: you did it on that Swedish drill press sitting in your living room.

You are right. Busted, me. But I shaded the truth to save people's feelings, being the warm and fuzzy guy that I am. Surely that counts for something. (Plus, I left off the did-it-one-handed-while-wearing-a-blindfold part.)
