Mainly aphids what can I use tog et rid of them if I'm harvesting soon?

Insecticidal soap. "Safer's" is one brand name that works well. non-toxic to humans, washes off with each rain, kills aphids.

I think if you are harvesting soon, then you needn't bother with them. The aphids will hurt your plant when young, but by harvest time, they aren't doing much damage. You don't want chemicals on your leaves right before you harvest. I just spray the leaves with a shower of water before I hang them to remove the live bugs and most of the dead ones that were stuck on the sticky leaves.
