Key Largo in a Barbi calabash. I then alternate with Frog Morton across the pond in one of my own. Can't get enough of the frog. Great stuff.

Some Gaslight in a Missouri Meerschaum, accompanied by a little Jefferson Ocean. They pair quite well.

Yesterday I finally had a chance to sit down and enjoy well half a bowl of stokkebye's 201. It had been days since I had a free moment.

sitting in a secluded wooded clearing off Monteray Bay, CA, dark, quiet, smoking some Dunhill Early Morning in a beloved shop pipe. it is dark, I can't see, so can't confirm, but my ears are working just fine, and the six point buck I've seen in this field the past few mornings SOUNDS like he's creeping up behind me....

Re: Smoking?
Pork Butt for dinner tonight........What's that you say?? Not that kind of smoking? Sorry
Gonna break out some McCranie's 1983 Red Ribbon in just a bit. Trying to decide if I want a quick smoke in my Boulder & Briar Billiard or a forever smoke in my Jesse Jones Tulip.

McClelland 2010 it's hard to put a finger on maybe because it's bulk but I swear it's different every time I smoke it, ranging from it really tart or sweet to mellow and sugary like 5100. It's like a surprise every time I light it up. The only consistent thing about it is, it tends to burn hot no matter what I do so I smoke it in smaller portions than normal. then again maybe I just need to find a better pipe to match it if such a thing exists.

MacBaren HH Old Dark Fired sitting by the coals of probably the last backyard campfire until spring. Not too bad for a saturday night though. Now I just need a lovely beverage.

Butternut Burley in a T. Cristiano. The pipe was a birthday gift from my wife a number of years back. The darling woman dragged our 1 year old to the local B&M when she was 8 months pregnant to pick it out for me while I was on duty. I have the best wife ever. I always think of her when I smoke this pipe.

Got my irish morta blocks this fine morning! Celebrating with some irish flake folded into my irish gems peterson second straight apple. Gonna sound like Louis Armstrong today .
Re: Smoking?
Broke open my second-to-last tin of Escudo from '13, three coins in an early eighties Edwards zulu. Heavenly. How do people age this stuff? I can't keep it in my cellar!
