Chuck for Delta LA 200 Lathe

Post by custom300 »

I just purchased a Delta Lathe for pipe production. Does anyone have a suggestion for a source, style and model of a chuck to use? I just bought the basic unit, so any other suggestions would be helpful to get me going.

THanks

Hey Jamie,

I just bought the very same lathe and my plan is to get the Oneway Talon with #2 jaws and spigot jaws. Here is a link from Woodcraft:

You will also want to get a nice Jacob's chuck for the tailstock. Here is a link for that also:

Hope this helps.
