I would say both are nice examples of a Danish style billiard. English style billiards tend to be less rounded with subtly less taper to the rim whereas Danish billiards tend to look a touch more egg-shaped.

Another suggestion on the saddle: a more acute cut looks cleaner and more professional. Gradual ramping comes off as lacking the properly rounded tool to make the cut.

IAWG, one of the hardest things to learn with making stems is finding the sweet spot between taking too much and not taking enough material off. You're way closer with the revision. A hair more can still come off; especially towards the bit/button.

Pretty good for a second billiard and eighth pipe. The biggest thing that stands out is that your stem needs more material taken off. The middle of the stem has a bit of a belly. Easy fix. I think the bowl shaping is good enough to make working a bit more on the stem worth it.

I think a thinner shank would make the overall composition better. As it is, the shank makes the bowl look smaller than it is. A little less rounding of the rim would give it more definition. Turn faster, take smaller cuts, and don't let just the tip of the square cutter make contact with the wood. With that tool, you really have to be careful that it doesn't drop below the midline of the wood.
