The straight bowl is a really cool feature of your pipe. I agree about the bowl/shank section. Tweaking that will get you a really nice cylindrical bowl.

That's an awesome pipe! Beautiful! Never cared much for full bends but now you got me thinking of making one now.

A friend has offered me some grape vine that he cut down a few years ago. Haven't had a chance to see it yet but I am interested in hearing if anyone has used it before. He said the trunk is about 3 to 4 inches in diameter.
