yeah ...the shank,stem fit is a weakness for sure...the finishing is noted...just mentioned Dublin as the bowl was angled?

dublin poker/sitter? pretty happy with this but should have taken a little more tim on the stem finishing as there are some faint scratches showing through,pretty happy with the rustication but think the stain would have been better darker http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p302/lasgringo/bjv4/IMG_3...

a stubby stacked billiard? slight improvement over my first 2 i feel but obviously still a long way to go...feel the rustication turned to quite nice and the button is better than the last but still needs plenty of refinement...the shellac isn't the greatest finish on the smooth....all advice greatl...

don't really know any techniques yet so after pre polish i just applied black leather dye and once dry buffed off with polish and it sort of left the finish...then carnauba....just a fluke how it turned out i suppose....i gots a lot to learn :lol:

so this was the first pipe i did...was over the moon i actually got chamber and airway to meet up and created a stem...already I'm thinking what was i thinking :lol: airway has drifted,didn't flare the airway,rounding on the stem/shank meet and no doubt u guys will let me know the rest http://i131.p...
