I could see modifying a small drill press to be foot controlled (seeing the bike chain) and creating some kind of fixture to hold in the chuck that allows the rocking motion with interchangeable stamps.

Quite nice overall, finish looks good and bowl shape is nice and symmetrical. To my eye, you need to remove some more meat from: - the shank/bowl junction. The shank flares just before it meets the bowl and you lose the straight line, especially on the top of the shank. - the stem near where it meet...

Here's what I replaced mine with. The ceramic holds up much better than steel. There are lots of other nozzle options as well as orifices(?) available at MSC.

For TPI, the general rule of thumb is to have enough teeth to have at least 4 teeth, preferably 6, in the wood or whatever you are cutting to get a smooth cut.
